When it comes to live streaming from your iPhone or other Apple device, Shop Studio Live videos may not work in Safari unless third-party cookies are enabled. To avoid this issue, we advise that you enable cookies on your Apple device. You can do so the following way:
- Mac OS High Sierra

- iPhone iOS 13
Enable Cookies in Safari: macOS High Sierra
- Open Safari from your Dock or Applications folder
- Click “Safari” in the Menu bar
- Click “Preferences”
- Click “Security”
- Click “Privacy”
- Uncheck the “Block all cookies” box
Enable Cookies in Safari: iPhone iOS 13 and 14
- From your home screen, go to “Settings”
- Scroll down and select “Safari”
- Make sure “Block All Cookies” and “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” are turned off
