Where can I find a summary of my event?

The event report helps you better understand the performance of your event with highly valuable metrics such as viewership, engagement, and conversions.

After your live shopping event, you will have access to an Event Report for each event in the Dashboard. The Event Report contains information that should be helpful in allowing you understand the performance of your live shopping event with metrics such as:

  1. Viewers: The number of current viewers watching a live stream event. After the event, this will be an estimate of total viewers.
  2. Active chat users: The number of individuals who typed in a username to access chat features during a live stream event.
  3. Comments: The number of chat messages sent by Chat Users in the duration of a live stream event.
  4. Product Page Clicks (overall and for each featured product): The total number of clicks on Featured Products in the duration of a live stream event.
  5. Adds to Cart: An estimated number of units of Featured Products being added to cart in the duration of a live stream event.
  6. Orders Complete: An estimated number of orders that include a Featured Product being part of a completed order (checkout completed) in the duration of a live stream event.
  7. Revenue Generated: An estimate of revenue generated from Featured Product being sold (checkout completed) in the duration of a live stream event (this does not include taxes or shipping fees).
