We are incredibly excited to announce a new release that is now LIVE! We're continuously looking to better our live shopping platform, so our Shop Studio Live team has spent the last few months focusing on making major changes that have significantly improved the user experience for both merchants and shoppers:
Say goodbye to delays in the video livestream. Thanks to your valuable feedback, our team has made a major technological upgrade to make Shop Studio Live more LIVE and enjoyable. With a faster and more reliable connection than ever before, you can better engage your shoppers in real-time.
You'll no longer need to download a separate broadcaster app in order to livestream from your mobile phone. You can now stream directly from your mobile browser using your smartphone camera. We've made it much easier for you to start and end your video streams.
We've also expanded our plan offerings so you can select the one that works best for you. With our new Flexible Minutes model, you can host as many live shopping events as you want for as long as you want, within the minutes-per-month cap of your selected plan. Please see our pricing page for more information.
Additionally, we've added six new features to make setting up, hosting, and attending a live shopping event easier:
With the latest update, you can view a recording of your stream under Event Report and download it to share on your website or social media. Only available for the Go-Getter and In It To Win It plans.
Are you answering a question over and over? Want to highlight an important message or promo code? Pin messages in the live chat so they stay at the top. You can unpin messages at any time.
We've introduced a new way for shoppers to engage with you. Shoppers can now give instant feedback during a livestream by sending heart reactions ❤️
Shoppers can also add products to their cart without leaving the livestream. Additionally, they can now view product descriptions, options, and variants from the livestream window.
We've introduced a streamlined product look-up process to help find and select featured products faster when setting up your live shopping event. Look them up by vendor name and SKU.
Want to analyze your engagement and conversion metrics after your livestream? You can now do so easily by exporting event reports to CSV or PDF to see how your livestream performed.
